Welcome to Puerto Escondido!
Transportation has been arranged from Puerto Escondido Airport (PXM). You will be greeted with one of our drivers and transported to the hotel.
Welcome Dinner- meal included
Once everyone has had the time to check-in and relax from their flight, you will attend a welcome dinner to get to know everyone and share what you're looking forward to on this adventure!

Activity - Dolphin & Whale Adventure
The day will begin traveling to Puerto Angelito where you will explore the coastline with hopes of seeing dolphins, sea turtles and whales.
Activity - Puerto Angelito & Playa Manzanillo
After the coastline adventure, there will be downtime at Playa Angelito where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling even if you are not an experienced swimmer. You can choose to participate in additional activities such as snorkeling, going on a banana tour or participating in any of the tours they offer. Playa Manzanilla is a neighboring beach that is walking distance so you can go back and forth enjoying your preferred beach.
Activity- Playa Carrizalillo
We will then head over to Playa Carrizalillo, one of my favorite and best ranked beaches, where you will enjoy the crystal clear waters, fresh coconut water and relaxing under a Palapa. Playa Carrizalillo is well known for surfing, so if you've ever been interesting in taking a class this is the perfect opportunity !
Activity - Turtle Release
To end the night, you will have the opportunity to release baby sea turtles with a nonprofit organization that carries out conservation work on 4 of the 7 species of sea turtles existing in the world !

Activity - Ecotourism Reserve
The ecotourism reserve will give you the opportunity to see various different species of animals such as crocodiles, birds and iguanas in their natural habitat. The animals live in complete freedom so you will be able to see crocodiles sunbathing, woodpeckers in the trees, diving ducks and so much more. The mangrove tour will be offered on a motorless boat to not disturb the animals or the fauna in the area.
Activity - Deer Feeding
During the tour, you will have the opportunity to interact and feed white- tailed deer. White- tailed deers are very friendly and eat a variety of lettuce, carrots, string beans and melon.
Activity - Mazunte, San Agustinillo, Zipotle
Mazunte is a small tranquil town known for its beautiful beaches, friendly locals and relaxed activities. The size of the small towns allows for it to be quieter, peaceful and offers activities such as taking a yoga class or a water massage. San Agustinillo is another small town with a beautiful beach and a peaceful vibe. Zipolite is a public nude beach with a lot more restaurants only 10 minutes away. You have the option to experience the different scenaries and vibes each town has to offer or simply enjoy the beach in Mazunte.
Activity - Punto Cometa
In the afternoon, we will gather and hike up to one of the most popular sunset viewpoints and enjoy the view of the sun as it sets.

We will take a quick break from the beaches and head over to the forests of Oaxaca where we will chase waterfalls. You will have the opportunity to taste traditional coffee, mole, chocolate and chapulines "Grasshoppers".
